Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to almost worldwide.
Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days.
Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and delivery of your package.
Returns and Exchanges: For information regarding returns and exchanges related to shipping, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Holiday and Non-Business Days: Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends, holidays, or non-business days.
Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.
Order Changes & Cancellations: If you need to change or cancel your order, you must notify us within 12 hours of placing the order,
otherwise we may not be able to cancel it, as it may be in production or in transit.
Lost Package: If an order is marked as delivered but the buyer didn't receive it, it is in the buyer's responsibility to contact the local shipping carrier (e.g. USPS in US) to find the package. Once the package leaves our studio, we have no control over the package. BubbleJewelry is not responsible for packages that are lost in the mail.
